1. Acceptance of the Terms

B. UGC Warranties and Indemnification

You represent and warrant that:

You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property in your UGC, or you have secured all necessary rights to grant the licenses outlined above.
Your UGC does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy.
Your study notes are not plagiarized and comply with the academic honesty policies of the institution they reference.

C. Content Screening and Removal

Test Gyani reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, screen, edit, or remove any UGC at any time and for any reason without prior notice, including UGC that we deem to be in violation of this Policy, subject to copyright claims, or detrimental to the educational integrity of the Site.

5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree that your use of the Site and any affiliated services will not violate any law, contract, intellectual property, or other third-party right. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Academic Fraud: Submitting UGC that encourages or promotes cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty.
Commercial Use: Using any study notes or e-content obtained from the Site for external commercial purposes without express written permission from Test Gyani.
